HANDS OF OPPORTUNITY (RCOC)       

October is National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM) and the Racine County Opportunity Center's (RCOC) Community Guidance Program is celebrating!

RCOC will be celebrating America's workers with disabilities both past and present and have a mission to emphasize the importance of inclusive policies and practices to ensure that all Americans who want to work can work and have access to services and supports to enable them to do so.
