Hands of Opportunity/RCOC ‘s main goal is to assist individuals with special needs/disabilities to fully function in day to day activities and achieve their goals. It is through donations that we can achieve our mission and ensure all our families/clients can be successful.
Volunteers are a valuable resource for non-profits. We welcome community participants to assist in with our programs through a variety of ways.
Through our events and fundraising opportunities, we focus on engaging our community to help raise awareness for those individuals and families with special needs.
