Racine County Opportunity Center, now known as the Hands of Opportunity Center, operates rcoc.us, which is a non-profit corporation that provides children, youth, and adults programs that will help all individuals maximize their potential and lead a life of fuller participation in family and the community.

Call our main office at 262-554-6515 at any time to cancel. After you call and speak with a staff member or leave a message with your name, phone number, and clear instructions to opt-out of text messages from RCOC, we will send a single confirmation text, and you will no longer receive messages.
